Use case

Online classroomsand live classes

Teach a whole class or a single learner on video, with screen sharing for slides, a cloud recording of each class, teacher controls and AI tutors. SDKs for Flutter and Web.

Classes and lessons, one integration

Run live teaching inside your own learning app.

A full class and a one-to-one lesson are the same thing to the SDK: a room, and a token from your server for each teacher and student.

FlutterWeb

  • Live classes

A teacher and a whole class on video at the same time. Students see and hear the teacher in real time, and the teacher sees the class.

    See Video
  • One-to-one lessons

A tutor and one learner face to face, for language practice, homework help or coaching. Your server gives both of them a token for the same room.

  • Rooms per course

Keep the same room name for a course or a class group, and students rejoin it every week. Your server issues tokens only to students enrolled in it.

Teaching tools

Screen sharing, a recording of each class and host controls for the teacher.

  • Share slides

The teacher shares their screen, so the whole class sees the same slides, document or app while the lesson runs.

  • A recording of the class

Classes can be recorded in the cloud, so students who missed a lesson, or want to go over it again, can catch up. How your app shares the recording is up to you.

  • The teacher stays in charge

As host, the teacher can mute a student and remove someone from the class. Only students your server issues a token for can join at all.

  • Weak connections

Video is sent in several quality layers, so a student on a weak connection gets a lighter picture and the rest of the class keeps theirs.

AI tutors

Give every learner a practice partner.

An AI tutor joins a lesson room on camera and talks with the learner, for example to practise a language between live classes.

  • AI tutors on camera

An AI video agent joins the lesson room like a participant: it appears on camera, listens to the learner and answers out loud in real time.

  • Same rooms as your classes

The AI tutor uses the same rooms, tokens and SDKs as your live classes, so you add it without a second stack.

  • Encrypted in transit

Audio and video are encrypted in transit between students, teachers and Gravix Cloud, and each person connects through a region near them.

Classroom questions

Can a teacher share slides with the class?

Yes. The teacher can share their screen, so slides, a document or any app on their screen appears for every student in the class.

Can students watch a class they missed?

Classes can be recorded in the cloud, so you have a recording of each class for students who need to catch up. How you share it with them is up to your app. Tell us how you plan to use recordings and we will confirm the setup. Call or WhatsApp +1 650-519-1490 (US) or +880 1703-449000 (BD), or email sales@gravixcloud.com.

Can the teacher manage the class?

Yes. The teacher, as host, can mute students and remove someone from the class. Only students your server issues a token for can join.

How many students can join one class?

Tell us your class sizes and we will confirm the right plan. Call or WhatsApp +1 650-519-1490 (US) or +880 1703-449000 (BD), or email sales@gravixcloud.com.
