Gravix Cloud provides real-time voice, video, live streaming, AI agent, beauty filter and Studio services for app developers. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Gravix Cloud, and "you" means a visitor to this website, a customer with an account, or a person who contacts us.

Information we handle
Depending on how you use Gravix Cloud, we handle the following kinds of information:
- Contact details you send us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company and message, when you call, write, message us or use the contact form on this website.
- Account information: the details you give when you create and manage an account, such as your name, email address and company, and the information needed to bill you.
- Usage information: records of how the service is used, such as rooms, sessions, minutes and participant counts, which we need to run the service and to calculate your bill.
- Technical information: data a device sends when it connects to the service or to this website, such as IP address, device and browser type, and connection quality, which we need to connect calls and keep the service working.
- Call and stream media: audio and video that your users send through the service. It is processed so it can be delivered to the other participants, and it is encrypted in transit.

- reply to your messages and talk to you about plans and pricing;
- measure usage and bill for it;
- keep the service and its users safe, and investigate misuse;

Apps built on Gravix Cloud
When you build an app on Gravix Cloud, your users' calls, streams and AI agent sessions run through our service on your behalf. You decide what your app collects from its users and you are responsible for telling them, in your own privacy policy, how their information is handled and for getting any consent the law requires, for example for camera and microphone use or for the beauty filter.

The contact form
If you use the contact form on this website, what you type is sent to a third-party form-handling service, which passes it to our team by email. Only use the form for information you are happy to share this way. You can always call, WhatsApp or email us instead.
If you write your brief on the contact page and choose email or WhatsApp, the message is put together in your browser and sent from your own email app or WhatsApp account. Nothing is sent from the page itself, and the email or WhatsApp provider you use handles the message under its own terms.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run the service and our business, with service providers who work for us, such as providers of hosting, email, payments and form handling, and when the law requires us to. We do not publish the names of individual providers on this page; ask us if you need them.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, for example while your account is active and for as long as required for billing and legal records. To ask about a specific kind of data, email sales@gravixcloud.com.
How we protect it
Calls and streams are encrypted in transit, and apps join rooms with short-lived access tokens issued by your server, so your secret key never needs to ship inside an app. Read more on our security page.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@gravixcloud.com from the address linked to your account, or tell us how to identify you. We will reply and explain what we can do under the law that applies.

This website does not show advertising and does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Your browser may keep small settings, such as a preference for reduced motion, on your own device.
